Nurture Life Improves Shipping Operations with Shipium

Nurture Life provides nutritious meals and snacks for kids to help parents get back some of their personal time. As the business has steadily grown year over year since 2016, the team started to see inefficiencies with shipping operations spread across multiple systems.

In particular, 5 challenges emerged:

• Continuity — With multiple systems handling carrier rates, surcharges, and rules, it was cumbersome to ensure all systems were in sync.
• Multiple Dashboards — With carrier management, rate shopping, label printing, and tracking spread across multiple systems, the team saw efficiency drop when trying to manage shipping operations, like analyzing performance or troubleshooting exceptions.
• Upkeep — Certain systems had better experiences and newer capabilities than others, which started to create scenarios where doing one thing in one solution couldn't be matched in another.
